Now we know Russo does not get La Cristinas, so now what?

I wonder when Chavez will concede that a deal is a deal and honor a sign contract. Venezuela has just indicated there is no reason to delay this project if it can be given to the Russians with expect gold production in 2009 (more likely 2009 is a construction start date). Why then can it not be given to Crystallex who has a signed contract?
