Sasa, what a great find!! I would encourage all to read this post if not already.

I will fully disclose to you that given all the negative media this past week from those western sources, for whatever their reasons, who jumped to false conclusions and reported erroneous stories, did turn me negative on Crystallex being successful in the issuance of the permit. I have been with KRY for so long and in the past I just moved many of these types of stories to file thirteen as having no basis what so ever. Someone please tell me why:

1. Why didn't Sanz just not come out and (more then just a denial) make clear that this agreement with the rusians has nothing to do with KRY and Las Cristinas. (or is there more to the story yet to be completed?)

2. Why wasn't Crystallex not informed immediately by Sanz, when the western reports were printed not to allow the continued distruction of KRY's SP due to uncertainty so management could properly prepare a NR to deflect all the attention on them.

What a way to treat a good socially responsibile company, Crystallex, who has been in VZ for many years: in the dark which is where most of us went this past week. I thank No_bear and Boss, the original hub leaders for their stamina and on-going beleive that the permit is still in sight. I thank Sasa for putting it back on track with this find that appears to shed a new light of optimism that we still have a chance for the delivery of our permit. I wonder if this story will make it over to those same media types who caused all the negative tones....
