I believe back in Sept Chavez was scheduled to go to El Callao and announce the 50/50 deal with Rusoro and the state. At that time we were thinking there could be an announcement of our permit. Chavez never showed up.

Also the Ruskaolin project was one of many projects still awaiting their environmental permit. I still don't see anything in the article that mentions the permit was granted....lets hope it was and would mean some good news for us.

I don't think Minamb was asked back to the table in June for nothing and I still don't think our proposals that were accepted were for nothing.

The Director General that handed the denial to KRY was involved in the summer process and also present at the site visit.
