Two items stand out in this article and other articles today for instance here they state that La Camorra and Revemin are currently adminstered by the state. Well yes they are and they are OPERATED by a private company.

Then all of the articles including this one state that Las Cristinas will be administered by the state. Yes they will and the OPERATOR will be KRY. Nothing different than what is already going on.

I really don't see a difference here, anyone?
