If that is the case...then obviously the big, smart money have it all figured out. That makes me wonder why our share price continues to go down the crapper albeit on low volume. One would think that the big, smart money would be accumulating now secure in the knowledge that the permit was a done deal. Maybe that is too straightforward and simplistic an assessment. Please let me know where the flaw is in that line of thought.
