I wonder what options employees are currently holding and at what strike price.

In bad times companies claw back benefits. Sometimes that means no xmas bonus. Guess what... KRY's performance stinks! Sure Vz is to blame as well but in hard times EVERYONE needs to pull in their belt.

If massive lay-offs are coming I don't think employee retention will be an issue. Drawing a salary will be enough.

When good times return then those who held on should be rewarded.

That is how business *should* work.

So now... on with the daily beatings until moral improves!
