i dont mind losing on a spec play......but you're right...it's time for transparency......i see one legitimate statement KRY could make:

1. we've recieved positive news regarding the permit approval and have decided to give the ven govt ample time for a formal permit decision. in the current environment we have decided that if no formal decision is made by xx/xx/08 then we must take all necessary action to promote shareholder value.

i have a tingly feeling that if this drags out to the first of the year then the next major announce will also involve the word PROXY...and start with "kry has been informed by (tradewinds?)
