With oil pushing $60 VZ needs gold, but I rather doubt the permit delay has anything to do with economic need.

I think today will be ugly as it gets in the A.M. but it will be interesting to see if it can recover.

We are driven by hedge funds that are now forced to sell by fund to fund clients and that will surpass the value buyers short term.
