ix, i hope you're right about the deadline..if it comes and goes with no response/news then kry better explain their intentions imo.

as for me, i dont buy the "our lawyers think merly's letter effectively superscedes the denial" story.....

re: elections..... if i had'nt posted and thought this in the last elections i'd be more hopeful this time around...

bottom line imo.....kry is OUT of time..it's time to stop pussy-footing around (ven drew the deadline date..not us)....if ven cant take the time to at least type a page saying "the permit denial is rescinded" then we have to start legal proceedings (we can always stop them later if things work out) by the end of october there's no other choice....
