For the permit date....I would say after US election and before VZ election. I will not give a precise date…..
Chavez has to send his congratulations to the new US president first, eventually some ‘’shaking hands’’ or something…..to receive a sign of respect and appreciation (Chavez and his team have to impress his people before election). The permit will come with enough time before VZ election; he has to make enough noise with his act to get more votes.
I know, you tell me again: what’s the link with US election…..Chavez is a type of personality that request attention, lots of attention and respect…..media is very important for him, invitations and shaking hands with lots of photos in newspapers are very important for him

Sasa, you are very right, and the big increase of share’s price will see it after; someone BIG will buy this KRY, someone with vast experience and power to get the most of this gold (for VZ and theirs own investment), so later, we’ll see a fair price for this share….which will go over $10/share easily
