I think this just might be our PERMIT day as well. Hand out a bunch of money and announce jobs will be available at LC.

The permit has become a political football where we won't get it passed to us until Hugo is ready. We can scream we're open all we want but till Hugo decideds to look in our direction we won't get the ball.

I truely believe that KRY knows exactly when they will get the permit. Whether it is with their lawyers or still with CVG and their lawyers are unoffically reviewing it doesn't matter at this point. It will continue to be under review until Kry is told the can announce it. This way they are not with holding anything material until their review is complete.
