There will be no PR since it would dump on the very people and departments we are trying to work with on hgetting the permit. At this point in time the best move for Kry is to keep their mouth shut and ignore negative press since it won't make any difference to us in getting the permit. Giving a PR laying the blame on VZ will not help our cause.
