Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Goldvision...that certainly is one possibility. What if we don't get a buyout offer that is acceptable (i.e. not an insult a la Rusoro offer to Gold Reserve) prior to the deadline and the deadline expires? Who will be standing in line to give me my $12.00 per share if the permit is effectively denied (or delayed indefinately) through lack of response by Minamb? I don't have a great deal of trust for the people we are dealing with. Perhaps that is because Venezuela came in dead last in the ranking of world economies as exemplified by the way they conduct business. I still expect the permit based on the facts available to us....but I must admit I feel like blinking more with every passing day that I see there is no pre-market or after-market announcement of news. With no news our share price will fade as we approach the end of October. Raising financing with a share price below one dollar would be dilutive. They have us by the balls if they decide not to play fair. This is not theory. This is fact.
