teut, i agree it's good news (merly told kry they'd have to do 3 things, she then said kry did the 3 things and is in compliance/legal/viable)..... i dont see how SHE could deny them now....

you ever get that nagging feeling? remember the decree from chavez that said the vice president could fire vice ministers?
