it still suggests a connection between revemin/LC permit...and i definately agree with JV idea (if it means we get the permit)...since they are in such deep negotiations it's one of the few ideas that makes sense...imo

re: 90 day retraction........my feeling is that if minamb does'nt issue a retraction (or something stating the denial is no longer valid)then we have to assume it stands and protect shareholder value by following legal guidelines for appeal...

we dont want to po' the venz by playing the legal card while we're in negotiations..but we also dont want to screw up our options by not following procedure or slowly bleeding to death...to be honest, i like the fact that this thing is coming down to the wire..either they issue the permit or we have to look at other options..
