believe that the permit has been signed. That is what Roy said ( http://www.mediafire.com/?2z32vyjjbwu). The ministry has not delievered the permit. I have no idea how long they will hold it. I don't even know why they are holding it.

Eddy...it's all well and good that we assume that the permit has been signed. That very well might be the case...and we can theorize till the cows come home about what might be happening in terms of negotiations behind the scenes and why this might be delaying actual issuance of the permit. This is a laudable exercise but as an investor I will have some questions for management if the 90 deadline expires without either a permit or a legal release from Minamb (posted on KRY's website) formally advising shareholders that we are officially good to go for mining in the Imataca. If one is optimistic for permit issuance, which I am, that means permit issued before end of October (depending on holidays). If October comes and goes without either of the above referenced documents in hand we can kiss the shareprice goodbye.
