vet, imo russians dont offer $90mil on a bet..or a gamble...or a "hunch"......the russians are in bed with hugo big time.....and in my experience the russians (a-holes that they are) dont risk $90 mil on "could be's"..... this is AN EVENT and should telegraph something to all..........
