Offer Letter Date, Re: GRz just recvd offer from Rusoro

Offer letter is dated Aug. 21, which was last Thurs when KRY SP took off. GRZ took off Fri and looked like it was from the KRY news when it was not. Now the actual circumstances are known.

Rejection letter is dated yesterday, Aug26.
