And Placer sold their concession to Vannessa for $100 not just because the POG but also because pending lawsuits on the part of KRY, causing financing problems.

The concession was then cancelled and transferred to CVG.

Rangel may not have done us any favors, but he was responsible for the award and he can hardly withdraw his support.
