I think the permit will make the stock go over $4, maybe $5 - $7. I believe this because there are very little shares short to how many there are out there and institutions own a bunch. With the large amount of institutions owning shares it will take them time to sell them off. They are not going to sell in 500,000 blocks, more like 10,000 to 20,000 blocks. If they sold in big blocks it would keep the price lower. On the other hand, the pps maybe kept low right now because some company, who wants to buy KRY after they get the permit, wants the pps as low as possible is working with large buyers.
