I would have to dismiss number 2. IMHO if he knew we were not getting the permit he would not have to leave Tonbridge. He could let whoever look after the discussions before the lawyers took over.

Let me add to your thought about a new CEO. Whether it is a jv or buyout I believe they will supply the new CEO from their company. Fung would stay on the board to keep VZ happy so I won't look like a flip.
