Until this or any news hits the major newswires, it is for the most part off the radar screen. This stock is still over half retail investors and hardly any of them do any DD. Most are impatient and over the last few weeks they have been selling while institutions have been buying.

So while retail for the most part has no knowledge of this story, institutions may, but they will have no desire to make it known while they are accumulating.

Voume and range have been contracting and this usually signals the end of one phase and the start of another, which in this case I believe will be a substantial move up. IMHO.
