With the history of this company we're always expecting THE good news soon, e.g. "after Easter" or "we're closer than we've ever been" or "within two weeks." We've been living this nightmare/dream over and over again a la Bill Muray in the movie Groundhog Day.

All this having been said, we certainly ARE closer than we've ever been to THE construction permit, lol. Come on VZ, let's wake up and dig that GOLD.
