Agreed gmarf, a lot of positive news lately. The stock sits at 1.06 and the permit was denied on April 30 the pps high for that day was 1.67 and we are closer now than we were prior to April 30. The gov't has now come back and said that this needs to be resolved and expedited. IMO meaning clear up all disagreements between parties and issue the permit. If the gov't was satisfied with the denial then why do they come back and say this needs to be resolved? "resolved" IMO is the permit plain and simple. Never before have we heard of ongoing discussions between Minamb, Gov't and KRY yet last week RM says that is taking place right now as we speak. There is a wait for certain documents to be submitted but if there are discussions going on between all parties it would seem to me that those documents are being prepared as the information flow is continueing thus once the submission of the documents happens everything placed in those documents will already be known by all parties and it will only be a matter of formalities at that time.
