my reply is: contrary to most management philosophy these days, in a public company thier job is to keep the SP up...a P/R right now would help the SP and maybe help get us to a respectable level before a permit issuance.....imo

why is it a material event: it changes (supposedly) the dynamics of the project....

trusting management: imo mngt has done an excellent job of keeping this project alive in a very unhospitable environment; however, the ball as it stands now is in kry's court....imo, the best move for kry/shareholders would be to keep the ball in vens court and try to keep it there and let everyone know it's there (i.e. we've submitted everything that minamb wants) tag you're it....
