One detail escapes me: Why would the fact that KRY responded to MinAmb be a material fact , requiring a PR?

It is a given, that they wil respond or possibly have already submitted part or all of the requested information. So what? It is no measure of the timing of getting the permit.

I sure would welcome some information regarding their actions and status, but I am happy letting them do their job without a Press Release.

If you think management is sitting on their hands, you'd better sell.
