I actually think Kry is in a good position as far as making any changes. They know that Hugo and Sanz want this done and MimAmb wants to move quickly to get it done. I'm also guessing that Kry JV partner might want a say or at least be informed in what is happening.

If Kry can meet the new requests from MimAmb they might be able to expand their reach in the area. What if Sanz mentioned that if this deal finally gets done Kry could be in line for some other deals with CVG once the new mining law comes into effect.

We might see those properties that are currently consesions in VZ being turned into MOA with Kry being the facilitater of JV's with Russia, China or whoever.
