imo....no. sasa, i know everyone has dissected this PR to death but i gotta tell ya...i like the fact that the 3 areas of negotiation were "suggested" by MINAMB.. this is the out that ortega needed... it's my guess that ortega was convinced to provide an "option" that would allow the project to proceed..but who know's (maybe she's smarter than everyone gave her credit for and was able to squeeze some extra credit out of kry)....she does seem to have political ambitions... the only obstacle i see to any of this is the "mitigation of open gold veins in the imataca"...they'll have to negotiate a limit/cap to the area....otherwise, they might as well say "kry has to reforest all of venezuela"...
