Small miners/co-ops are mining on LC property as we speak per RM email last week.

You would think with the denial, ban of open pit mining and the Imataca Forest said to be off limits now that these small miners would not be allowed to work yet in an earlier article this week it mentioned KRY still helping these small miners and also some of their low contamination equipment returned to them. Why is that? Why has mining not come to halt at LC? There is something definitely going on that isn't making sense here as to what is being said in the denial and the media. Why is there still mining going on at LC?
