The writer of the Blog obviously threw in negative point #4 with the intent to buy some cheap shares Mon before the price climbs. I see a share price increase everyday next week until the news release.

One point which the writer neglected to mention is the Ven Govnt - Mining favours operating contractors over concession holders - this has been discussed on numerous occasions thru the media, so I wouldn't blow that horn to loud.
