ok, i've read and re-read everything official and i think it boils down to this....

minamb says to cvg "no mining in the k88 region". (not just kry and grz but NO mining period)......to my knowledge no official denial letters have been issued to individual companies from MINAMB...cvg denials were only based on the environmental denial only from minamb...

mibam says all "artisinal" miners are to be re-located to k88 for mining purposes.....

looks to me like this is a power struggle between minamb/mibam and for right now we are stuck in the middle but something has to give pretty quickly because the natives are restless in the bolivar state.
