OK, so it is still not beyond the realm of possibility that she has been the hold-up, whether for the concern of future liability issue or something else. Sounds like this flyover thing is a total rumor though. I want this to happen as much as the next guy, but I don't put a lot of stock in RM's "enthusiasm" ... that, in part, is his job. That there has been a lot of activity in Bolivar, that Hugo was just there, and that he will soon be broadcasting from there are, I think, objective indicators, along with other happenings, that things may finally really happen ... I hope.
