Chris used to try and hammer that home all the time why doesn't KRY do more to secure the permit. Like you said this is not a negotiations its and asking situation. One thing i don't understand is that they asked and the gov said yes. So where is the permit ? Pay the taxes post the bond and we will issue a permit.

My question to the gov would simply are you reneging on our contract??
