One thing they can do is to STOP making provocative statements that they do not seem to be in a position to follow through on or enable. Specifically, GT's post Easter permit comment from last year, and his permit within days or weeks of the EIS. OK that's old news. However,more recently, he says that Sanz is a no nonsense businessman who will not let the file sit idly by and that Sanz requested a visit to LC during a meeting with Kry, now almost 2 months past. I am not aware of a visit having occured or that one has been scheduled. I agree that there is only so much they can do. But if that is the case, they should stop irresponsibly suggesting more while failing to deliver, it only invites criticism ... like this. I don't think they are dishonest, but rather, sometimes inept.
