Ok, the Alo presidente web site was updated a little bit ago.

 

Show was broadcast out of Hato "La Yagüita"

 

That is the name of the area.  This area has been underutilized for quite a while. 

 

Oh, and not only did Chavez sing, he sampled some cheese.
