Still not sure of the location, but it is coming from an agriculture area.  Show has been on about an hour and the AP web site has not yet updated the location of the current show.  Regardless, it is definitely coming from an agriculture area.

Anyway, more talk about making more full use of the area (savanna area, large open space) for more efficient agriculture, and increased production of beef and milk.  Some talk of possible tourism for the area.  But emphasis is on agriculture production to provide for the people.  Chavez sang a song.
