Thanks all. I'll be honest that I am mostly a short term trader. KRY is the only stock I have ever held long term and though I trade around it I have maintained a core position since September 2005.

I don't want to get off topic talking about BID/ASK but I'd be happy to share it in another format. You must have LEVEL II realtime.

Basically I watch how a stock behaves on a daily basis for a few days to weeks and then trade with that pattern until it changes. It is a trading strategy that really does not involve fundamentals.
