Kondiah...I'm not sure what management can do or say (publically) at this point that would help matters. Up until recently....I always felt that "the permit was right around the corner". After getting some insight into how excruciatingly slow and F'd up the Vz bureaucracy is.....I'm starting to think that this could take YEARS! Maybe that is a good sign. Probably not.
