You and everyone else on that board Gold. Looking at the chart...that spike appears similar to the first heartbeat after the EMS technicians jolt the dead patient with the defibrillator. CLEAR! And the relieved EMS technicians look at each other confident in the knowledge that their patient will make a full recovery!
