zwil, good point....i would guess this is where the "political decision" part comes in...like everywhere else on the planet if you are the environmental guy that approved the LC project then 15 years from now it's going to be thrown back in your face when you run for some other position.....in any case, from the pics of LC i've seen i dont see where they could do any worse environmentally....it's not exactly "pristine rainforest"....looks more like fred sanfords back yard.
