STK...I hear you. This is like a drug stock waiting for FDA approval. The sum of the information I have tells me that (logically) the permit should be granted soon (hell....it should've been granted when they paid the fees last spring). I'm at the end of my tether on this one financially. 20-20 hindsight is as good as clairvoyance I suppose. Going to have to make a tough decision soon. Good luck
