I pursued additional concerns specific to ensuring the issue of compliance and asked RM the following question: (I believe that KRY is the model that VZ would like to use as a model for future projects and all projects are in status quo until this referendum has passed. Hopefully we do not have a long hangover period to deal with; I also believe that some pressure was attempted about a month ago to fast track a permit to avoid this post referendum depression, which unfortunately not successful. Hopefully soon.)
(Q).How does KRY provide assurance to shareholders that the representatives from VZ assembly view KRY as being in full compliance?
(A).You brought up a concern asking if the terms of the MOA could be changed.There have been a number of government agency reviews of the Las Cristinas MOA (this is ordinary course for operating agreements in VE) and they have confirmed that the project was/is in compliance. Therefore no grounds for discussion on revision of terms.
