Yes Willy I was confused. I figured it out after I had made the post. sorry about that. I've been here 4 years and I just had not even thought about rating other posters. I was just clicking the little box marked recommend when I thought a post was a good one. All that time I just assumed it was the Hub leaders who did the Ratings. Pretty dumb when I think about it as it would sure keep you guys busy.

I was basically upset because my rating was hanging around 3.0 and for some strange reason it kept fluctuating. The result was that for 5 consecutive days I went to bed as a vice-pres. and woke up in the morning to find out I was relegated back to treasurer. Then later in the day I received a congratulatoy message saying you are a vice- pres. Next morning I was a treasurer and then about 2:30 I received the promotion again. I thought someone was toying with me.
