RR, I may have misunderstood your question but you don't receive a rating from any one individual. If you look at your Rating, you'll see that (currently) 84 fellow forum members have voted on your contributions. If half of them gave you one point and the other half gave you five points, and you took the average of those votes you'd end up where you are - currently with three points.
