 There are no humans involved except inputs if 9.99% limit.

If I am right that this is accumulation by a major leading into a bid on the company then we may not see the usual shake-outs and walk-down price manipulation games.  Whoever is accumulating is now aware that the regulators are watching so perhaps they will skip any form of stock manipulation tactics and just keep plowing ahead on the straight and narrow.
