I had a order if 331K at $.65, and very slowly the computer trader ate up 139K. Why wouldnt they pick up whole order? Computer program! 
I have decided that I will reset order balance at $1, maybe we all should and the computer will automatically move up to $1. I believe the goal is 10% of shares before they legally have to announce. There are no humans involved except inputs if 9.99% limit.
