Are you implying that that warrants is going to lead to a drop in share price people would be selling?

Out of that 25 million shares is 21.6 million belonging to EE. He hasn't sold any shares. 

That leaves 3.4 million shares basically. You never know what's going to happen but it's not as severe as you make it sounds.
