One of my observations over the years is the significant delay between rising copper prices and the CUU share price rising.
I think it's just a venture thing, the big boys get the analyst upgrades based on commodities and we follow in due course.
I have noticed the same trend. The "safe money" initially pours into the blue-chip commodity stocks. The juniors lag behind. But if the upward movement in commodity prices is sustained, and particularly if explorers/junior producers release positive news during these periods, the penny stocks can eventually make gains that far surpass those of the majors. It's all about risk/reward and your appetite for it.
Someday, the stars will align for CUU, with any luck. But it feels like winning the Lotto Max is just as likely an outcome sometimes.
