Probably not, expecting next week, or the week after.... or the week after. I believe one of our members said elmer wrote in an email that he was waiting to hear back from teck. I've learned time and time again to not get my hopes up but the only thing that makes sense to me is negotiations are holding back the release of the report, fingers crossed.
