Elmer has always stated in my conversations with him that Teck inquires frequently about the other properties. We need to give them a reason to be motivated enough to make us an offer this is we're management has been beyond slow in acting. I'm hoping (which I hate doing with this company) that EE & ES have finally seen the light and the bulb has been lite. It's up to us to create the bidding WAR not Teck! I sure as hell hope that's what's happening?
